1. Acceptance

By using QuickInvoice (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

QuickInvoice is a free, browser-based tool for creating and downloading invoices. The free version may display advertising. An optional one-time "Pro" purchase unlocks additional features described on the main page.

3. Your responsibility for invoice content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the invoices you create, including tax rates, tax registration numbers, numbering sequences and any information required by the laws that apply to you or your clients. QuickInvoice provides general information about invoicing for convenience only; it is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional for your jurisdiction.

4. Data and storage

All invoice data is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not store copies and cannot recover data that is lost if you clear your browser data, change devices or use a private browsing window. Please download or back up important invoices.

5. Pro license

A Pro license is a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Pro features on your devices. It is activated locally with a license key delivered after purchase. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the checkout provider shown at purchase time. Sharing or reselling license keys is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents, or to impersonate another business. You may not attempt to interfere with the Service or circumvent its features.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickInvoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license, if any.

9. Changes

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
