The short version

QuickInvoice is a static web page. Everything you type into the invoice generator – your business details, client details, logo, line items and saved invoices – is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser and stored only in your browser's local storage. No invoice data is ever sent to our servers. We do not have servers that receive it, and we cannot see it.

Data stored on your device

To make the tool convenient, we store the following in your browser's local storage: the current invoice draft (autosave), your saved invoice history, your uploaded logo (as an image data URL), your theme preference, and a flag indicating whether a Pro license has been activated. You can delete all of it at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. Nothing is synchronised between devices.

PDF generation

"Download PDF" uses your browser's built-in print dialog. The PDF is generated locally by your browser or operating system. The file is not uploaded anywhere.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

To keep the tool free, this site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, button clicks such as "download" or "copy"). These third-party services may set cookies or use similar technologies, and Google may use them to show personalised ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Analytics events never include the content of your invoices – only anonymous interaction names (for example "download" or "pro_click").

Payments

If you purchase the optional Pro upgrade, the payment is processed by a third-party checkout provider (such as Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or Stripe). We do not receive or store your card details. The provider's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
